Dhyana Mandiram Trust (DMT) was established by Swami Veda Bharati in 2004. The purpose of the Trust is to spread the teachings of yoga meditation, together with its philosophy, texts, and scientific applications in accordance with the tradition of the Himalayan Sages, as interpreted by Swami Rama of the Himalayas.

Alleviating people’s suffering being one of his life’s missions, Swami Veda lovingly set up DMT with a keen interest in the welfare and upliftment of the society. DMT is registered as a non-profit organization u/s 80G (VI) of the Income Tax Act 1961 with the Government of India in Delhi, India.

DMT has an ashram in Rishikesh, India – Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama, where spiritual seekers from all cultural and spiritual backgrounds come together to learn yoga meditation, as taught within the Himalayan Tradition. DMT also has set up a Meditation Research Laboratory at SRSG for the purpose of carrying out research on yoga meditation.

Apart from spreading the teachings of Yoga Meditation, DMT is also involved in carrying out many charitable activities, mainly focussing on rural empowerment, health & hygiene, vocational training, and empowering the women and differently abled individuals.
