Illumination of Ha and Tha in Asana Practice – Zoom Event with Pandit Ashutosh Sharma.
Pandit Ashutosh was not able to travel to the ashram for the In-person retreat at the Swami Rama Sadhaka Grama, Rishikesh, so he will now be joining us live on Zoom for a special session and will speak on the subtleties of hatha yoga and asana practice as taught within the Himalayan Tradition of Yoga Meditation.
