This lucid text by Adi Shankarachayra answers many such questions. Tattva Bodha is presented in the form of a dialouge between the Guru and the disciple that expounds the core concepts of Vedanta, thus preparing the seeker for advanced studies of the Bhagavad Gita, Upanishads and Brahma Sutras.
In an intensive study/satsang with Rabindra Sahu spanning over a week, we would contemplate upon each verse to understand and imbibe its meaning.
Prerequisites: All those who wish to learn about the fundamental principles of Vedanta are lovingly welcome.
