As our Ashram is a place for learning and practice of hatha yoga, meditation and silence, all visiting sadhakas (guests) are to join in the daily activities in the Ashram’s schedule, such as morning and evening prayers, hatha yoga sessions, meditation, karma yoga, various classes and other programs. The day usually begins at 5 am with morning prayers, hatha yoga and meditation and ends at around 9 pm after evening prayers.

All the visiting sadhakas come afar to the ashram, setting aside time, energy and money to learn and practice yoga meditation. Sadhakas are thus expected to attend fully in all the programs during at the ashram, so that they are able to make the best use of the opportunities to learn and practice.

While all our programs and retreats largey follow this same daily schedule, it may be subject to change during special and/or unforeseen events.
